Curvelle, LLC ("Curvelle," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because we sell adult products, we take particular care with discretion.
Children's privacy (COPPA): Our Services are strictly for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 or under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, order details, and messages you send us.
- Age-verification data: the date of birth you enter at the age gate is used only to confirm you are 18+. We store only a confirmation that verification occurred — via a session cookie — not your full date of birth on our servers.
- Automatically collected: standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used for security and analytics.
- Payment information: processed directly by our third-party payment processor. Curvelle does not store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use your information to verify age, process and fulfill orders, arrange discreet shipping, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with the law, and — only with your consent — send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
3. Discretion
We treat your purchase as private. Order descriptions on packaging, labels and external communications are kept neutral and never disclose the nature of the products. We do not advertise using platforms (such as major social or search networks) that would associate your identity with adult-product interests through their pixels.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate: with manufacturer/fulfillment partners to ship your order, with payment processors, with service providers (hosting, email, analytics) bound by confidentiality, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, including a session cookie that remembers your age verification so you are not prompted repeatedly, and analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, contact concierge@curvelle.com; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
7. Data retention & security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
